That information may include the following:  Parcel numbers Owner's name Legal Description as shown on the latest records of the Office of the Register of Deeds Owner's mailing address Parcel acreage School district and special purpose district codes This information is provided to assessors; city, village, and town clerks & treasurers; county offices; and any other persons requiring that information. The Property Lister serves as the coordinator between the county and taxation districts for assessment and taxation purposes.
